Final confirmation of freezing periods and fund merger dates – second round of mergers

The previously communicated merger dates and freeze periods are confirmed and remain unchanged: 

The second merger round will proceed as planned and communicated earlier on Friday, 3 October 2025 and include all share classes of the below listed funds:

• Danske Invest Norge I (org. no. NO 968 127 799)
• Danske Invest Norge II (org. no. NO 968 006 959)
• Danske Invest Norsk Obligasjon (org. no. NO 968 007 009)

These funds and their respective share classes will close four days before the merger date. As such, the final trading day for these funds will be Monday 29 September 2025. 

During the freeze period it will not be possible to place new orders (subscriptions or redemptions). 

Normal trading will resume on Monday 6 October 2025 as mergers and the freeze periods have concluded. Any orders submitted during this time will be cancelled and not processed.

Units can be redeemed free of charge up to five days before the mergers, meaning by 1 October 2025.

Information about the Luxembourg fund DI2 Danske Invest
The DI2 Danske Invest fund sub-funds "Norske Obligasjon" and "Norske Aksjer" domiciled in Luxembourg (read more), will – as the receiving funds in merger 2 -  be subject to a freezing period and be closed for trading on 2 and 3 October 2025.

The last trading day before the freeze period is on 1 October 2025. Normal trading will resume on Monday 6 October as mergers, and the freeze periods, have concluded.  Any orders submitted during the freeze period will be processed on Monday 6 October.

The other sub-funds in DI2 Danske Invest will not be subject to any freeze or restrictions due to mergers and are open to trading as normal.
